Another Registration Error?

Hello Guys,

Thanks for all of your emails, I am very sorry for not getting back to everyone of you that has emailed me. I have been looking into the roots of the problem. My host and I have figured out the error. It has been solved, since we were at the new server...there were some settings that were different to secure the server. But it has been addressed now.

So sorry for the delay and make your account again for the ones that has had their user_file corrupted.

Getting an Error Message while logging in?

Hey,

A few users have been lately having some problems logging into the uploader.

"Field 'password' does not exist in data/users//user_XXX.php"
It pretty much means your user data file has been corrupted. If this is the case, You are welcome to create a new account. If you wish for your old account to be completly deleted, Please email me at admin{at}neoextreme.com. (Actually I cant, Just create a new account)

All Users have been activiated!

Hey,
Sorry, we apologies for the trouble that some users have been experiencing. This was because when we have upgraded the uploader system, the upgrade process didn’t activate the old users! This means that 1400 + were inactivated. But that has been fixed by changing all of the user's active process by our host CSERVERS.NET. That’s another run for them!

I simply can’t thank you guys enough...and you guys should also do the same...

This also means everyone user has been activated and now they are able to login.

Upgraded

Dears Users,

The Neoextreme Uploader has been upgraded, something we have been trying to do for ages now. We have taken this time and upgraded to the latest version of CD's uploader. I would also like to appolize for the recent downtime of the Neoextreme Uploader and errors. All should be fixed now!

Also Please be aware that we will be performing some modifications to the Neoextreme's Uploader layout in the near future probally around this weekend(12/17) to enhance the look and provide room for some features.

If you receive any errors trying to login, Please dont hesitate to shoot me an email at admin@neoextreme.com. I will try to fix your account issues ASAP. Please DO NOT register a new account.
